Below we present some guidelines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Zoom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">When you first connect to a Zoom room to participate in IoT 2020, you will be presented with the option to download and use the Zoom client (<a href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/download\">https:\/\/zoom.us\/download<\/a>). We recommend using this full client version for the best viewing experience. <\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">We recommend testing the setup via the Zoom Test site (<a href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/test\">https:\/\/zoom.us\/test<\/a>) prior to the conference.&nbsp; For the best experience, please use your webcam and test your audio.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">When you join the session, you will be asked to log in with a password. You will receive this password before the session.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">The following links can be useful as you prepare for the conference:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/signup\">Creating a Zoom Account<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/201362153-How-Do-I-Share-My-Screen-\">Screen Sharing<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/201362283-Testing-computer-or-device-audio\">Audio\/Video Testing<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/203395347-Screen-Sharing-a-PowerPoint-Presentation\">Screen Sharing a PowerPoint Presentation<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">At least one day prior to the scheduled session, we will share a Zoom link with the password.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Join the Zoom meeting at least 15 minutes before your session starts.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">The pre-recorded video will be used for the presentation\u200b and handled by the organizers.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">The presentation is followed by 8 minutes of live Q&amp;A\u200b.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">The attendees have the option of asking questions via the chat at any time during the session or using the &#8220;raise hand&#8221; function in Zoom after your presentation. The session chair will read the posted questions to you or give the floor to someone who has raised their hand and you will answer live\u200b.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Have your presentation ready to be shared via Zoom during Q&amp;A.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">All participants should show their full name in Zoom.
