However, we expect to see you and hear your talk \u201clive\u201d at the designated time.<\/li><li>Please send us your&nbsp; presentation materials (slides) by November 5th using the following Form&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/CYpahGyTwXN5noSq7\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/CYpahGyTwXN5noSq7<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poster &amp; Demo Sessions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the poster &amp; demo sessions, we will be running a one-minute madness session which includes a 1-minute video summary of your poster or demo at the beginning of the session on the 9th of November.\u00a0\u00a0<strong><em>Please prepare your 1-min madness video and send it to Konrad Diwold (email:\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"mailto:kdiwold@tugraz.at\">kdiwold@tugraz.at<\/a> ) by November 5th.<\/em><\/strong> 1-min madness video preparation:<br>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Must NOT exceed 1 min.<br>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Must NOT include copyrighted images, sounds, or video segments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poster session at the conference<br><\/strong>Both poster sessions will be hosted via Zoom. Please make sure you arrive by the start of the session \u2013 a reminder with the session you present in and a respective zoom link will be sent to you next week. Each poster\/demo submission will receive a dedicated timeslot of 10 minutes to present their demo\/poster. Once all posters\/demos are presented we will have time for specific questions from the audience regarding the demos\/posters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Virtual poster formatting<\/strong><br>In order to make the poster readable by all attendees, please DO NOT format it in a&nbsp;standard poster-sized canvass.&nbsp;Instead, prepare a 1 slide summary of your material that is readable, with optional backup slides to discuss specific details of the work. Both local&nbsp;and remote&nbsp;attendees will present their poster using this format (either remote from their computer or from a computer provided at the venue) via Zoom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On-site posters<\/strong><br>If you are physically attending the conference in St. Gallen feel free to bring a physical copy of your poster along (in a standard-sized canvas format), there will be a dedicated space for you to place your poster and discuss it with other attendees&nbsp;during the conference.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Main Track Papers To check the time slot that has been assigned to your paper, you can visit the IoT Conference&nbsp;Website.
