Camera-Ready Submissions

1. Full Papers

Please read carefully the following guidelines on how to submit the camera-ready version of your full paper(s).

Congratulations for getting your paper accepted to IoT 2025! Please note that you will need to prepare and submit the camera-ready version of your paper no later than the camera-ready deadline. In preparation of your camera-ready version, you will perform the following:

  1. You will implement the changes / improvements (if any) recommended by the reviewers, who reviewed your paper, and are reasonable to be implemented until the camera-ready deadline.
  2. You will receive an email including instructions for completing the ACM Copyright and License (e-Rights) forms from rightsreview@acm.org.  If not, make sure you also check your spam folder. Please do not email about missing ACM forms until 7 days prior to the camera-ready deadline. You can still verify the majority of the other requirements prior to receiving the e-Rights forms and the TAPS link.
  3. After you have signed the ACM e-Rights form, you should receive by email from rightsreview@acm.org the correct rights text and bibliographic strip to place within your paper. Please, make sure to add them to your camera-ready paper before submitting it.
  4. When preparing your camera-ready paper for submission, please refer to the ACM General Information page: https://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template. Your camera-ready paper should not exceed 8 double-column pages, including figures and references.
  5. You will also receive an email including the TAPS link and the instructions for the camera-ready submission of your paper from tapsadmin@aptaracorp.awsapps.com. For an example on what to expect, see https://www.acm.org/binaries/content/assets/publications/taps/acm_taps.pdf.

Please remember that we did our best to provide you with peer-reviewed feedback on how to improve your paper. Now, the responsibility is yours, and your co-authors’, to deliver a high-quality camera-ready version of your paper to be published in the ACM proceedings of IoT 2025.

NOTE: We reserve the right to not accept your camera-ready version if we find serious concerns with its quality.

ALL accepted papers (either as full papers or poster papers) must be presented in-person and for each accepted paper/poster at least one author needs to be registered (i.e., FULL Registration).
