    For an accepted paper in the Main Track, Poster\/Demo Track, or Workshop Track, the required registration fee is the same as the Full Conference Registration fee. The \u201cConference Only\u201d and \u201cWorkshop\/Tutorial\/Industry Session Only\u201d registration options are intended for participation\/attendance only and do not include author registration.<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Important note to authors about ACM’s new open access publishing model:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ACM has given ICPS conferences the option to cover article processing charges (APCs) for papers published in their proceedings by way of a single payment. The IoT 2026 conference committee has chosen this option, and all papers will therefore be published open access at no cost to authors.<\/strong> Meaning that the APCs are already covered by the conference registration fee, and authors will not be required to pay any additional publication fees.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Terms & Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Please make sure you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • At least one author of each accepted paper needs to purchase a \u201cAuthor \/ Full Registration (non-student)\u201d.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Student and ACM-member registration require proof of status upon request.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The registration for participation at the IoT conference is binding. No refunds are issued.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • In exceptional cases, you may designate a person to attend the conference in your place. If you wish to use this option, you must inform us by e-mail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The registration fee is due immediately upon registration. A right to participate exists only after receipt of the full registration fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The conference program is subject to change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • In case of cancellation of the conference, your payments will be refunded. The organiser has no further obligations towards the participant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • We will collect media content (video & pictures) during IoT 2026 that will be posted on IoT 2026 social media accounts and will be used for project-related dissemination.
