Delegates are responsible for ensuring they have the correct permission to enter the UK. Since 2025, the UK has implemented a fully digital border system. Visa Support Letter Requests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Organizers are able to provide visa support letters to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers, posters, or members of the conference committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For visa support letters<\/strong>, please send your request by email to \u00a0rehmat.ullah@newcastle.ac.uk<\/strong><\/strong> and gaurav.kaushik@newcastle.ac.uk<\/strong>. please allow up to 5 business days to receive a letter. All requests are handled in the order they are received. The information below should be included with the request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Your name as it appears on your passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Your current postal mailing address<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Conference registration confirmation number, if you have completed registration for the conference, and\/or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If you are the author of any paper, poster, or demo accepted for the conference, please provide the title. If you are a speaker, please provide the title of your talk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
