For an accepted paper in the Main Track, Poster/Demo Track, or Workshop Track, the required registration fee is the same as the Full Conference Registration fee. The “Conference Only” and “Workshop/Tutorial/Industry Session Only” registration options are intended for participation/attendance only and do not include author registration.

Important note to authors about ACM’s new open access publishing model:

ACM has given ICPS conferences the option to cover article processing charges (APCs) for papers published in their proceedings by way of a single payment. The IoT 2026 conference committee has chosen this option, and all papers will therefore be published open access at no cost to authors. Meaning that the APCs are already covered by the conference registration fee, and authors will not be required to pay any additional publication fees.

Terms & Conditions

Please make sure you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions:

  • At least one author of each accepted paper needs to purchase a “Author / Full Registration (non-student)”.
  • Student and ACM-member registration require proof of status upon request.
  • The registration for participation at the IoT conference is binding. No refunds are issued.
  • In exceptional cases, you may designate a person to attend the conference in your place. If you wish to use this option, you must inform us by e-mail.
  • The registration fee is due immediately upon registration. A right to participate exists only after receipt of the full registration fee.
  • The conference program is subject to change.
  • In case of cancellation of the conference, your payments will be refunded. The organiser has no further obligations towards the participant.
  • We will collect media content (video & pictures) during IoT 2026 that will be posted on IoT 2026 social media accounts and will be used for project-related dissemination. If you do not wish to appear in this content, please contact the organising chairs.
