Please read carefully the following guidelines on how to submit the camera-ready version of your full paper(s) and/or your poster(s).
(1) Camera-ready Information: Full Papers
Congratulations for getting your paper accepted to IoT 2022! Please note that you will need to prepare and submit the camera-ready version of your paper no later than October 17, 2022 (AoE). In preparation of your camera-ready version, you will perform the following:
- You will implement the changes / improvements (if any) recommended by the reviewers, who reviewed your paper, and are reasonable to be implemented until the camera-ready deadline.
- You will receive an email including instructions for completing the ACM Copyright and License (e-Rights) forms from rightsreview@acm.org. If not, make sure you also check your spam folder. Please do not email about missing ACM forms until 7 days prior to the camera-deadline. You can still verify the majority of the other requirements prior to receiving the e-Rights forms and the TAPS link.
- After you have signed the ACM e-Rights form, you should receive by email from rightsreview@acm.org the correct rights text and bibliographic strip to place within your paper. Please, make sure to add them to your camera-ready paper before submitting it.
- When preparing your camera-ready paper for submission, please refer to the ACM General Information page: https://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template. Your camera-ready paper should not exceed 8 double-column pages, including figures and references.
- You will also receive an email including the TAPS link and the instructions for the camera-ready submission of your paper from tapsadmin@aptaracorp.awsapps.com. For an example on what to expect, see https://www.acm.org/binaries/content/assets/publications/taps/acm_taps.pdf.
Please remember that we did our best to provide you with peer-reviewed feedback on how to improve your paper. Now, the responsibility is yours, and your co-authors’, to deliver a high-quality camera-ready version of your paper to be published in the ACM proceedings of IoT 2022.
NOTE: We reserve the right to not accept your camera-ready version if we find serious concerns with its quality.
ALL accepted papers (either as full papers or poster papers) must be presented in-person and for each accepted paper/poster at least one author needs to be registered (i.e., FULL Registration).
(2) Camera-ready Information: Invited Posters
Congratulations for being invited to submit your paper as a poster to IoT 2022! A limited number of papers, that make smaller contributions than full papers, were invited to be submitted as 4-page posters. Please make sure that you submit the camera-ready version of your poster on EasyChair (Invited Poster track) no later than October 17, 2022 (AoE), after you have performed the following:
- You should confirm that you opt for this option by sending a confirmation email to iot22-ide@tudelft.nl at latest by Friday, October 7, 13:00 CET. Please note that responses received after this date will not be considered and the poster invitations will be revoked.
- You have implemented the changes / improvements (if any) recommended by the reviewers, who reviewed your paper, and are reasonable to be implemented in a 4-page poster submission until the camera-ready deadline.
- Your paper should be shortened and not exceed 4 double-column pages, including figures and references. The updated 4-page poster version of your work should be a high-quality, coherent, and standalone manuscript.
- The camera-ready version of your poster must be formatted according to the new ACM proceedings format. please refer to the ACM General Information page: https://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template.
At this point, you should submit the 4-page camera-ready version of your poster to EasyChair (Invited Posters track) by clicking the button below. Your poster will undergo an internal assessment to ensure its quality before proceeding.
- After your poster has been internally approved, you will receive the ACM e-Rights forms from rightsreview@acm.org and the TAPS link with the remaining camera-ready instructions from tapsadmin@aptaracorp.awsapps.com (see instructions for full papers above).
- You also need to prepare and bring an A0 size poster (portrait format) that visually summarises the contributions of your 4-page poster to present at the IoT 2022 conference in November 7-10, in Delft, the Netherlands.
