Registration booth will be opened at 8 am. (10/26~28)

All conference participants are strongly recommended to register online at the official Website. Participants who complete the Pre-registration process will benefit from lower costs and will be assured of being given the entire conference material package upon their arrival.

 – Important Dates –

  • Early Registration Deadline -> September 21, 2015 -> September 28, 2015
  • On-site Registration -> October 26~28, 2015
  • Cancellation Request Due -> September 30, 2015

Registration Policy

  • To be published in the IoT 2015 Conference Proceedings, a minimum of one author from each accepted paper MUST register for the conference at the full rate (Regular/Student) and the paper MUST be presented at the conference.
  • Workshop speakers also MUST register for the conference at the full rate (Regular/Student).
  • A valid student ID is required at the registration desk to check the eligibility for student-rate registration.
  • ALL registrations include access to all conference sessions (plenary, technical sessions, poster/demo sessions, and workshops), conference proceedings(contained in USB memory) and coffee breaks, luncheon, and a ticket for welcome reception/banquet.
  • Non-refundable author registration fees must be paid prior to the camera-ready submission due (August 23, 2015).
  • For non-author registrations, absolutely no cancellations/refunds will be accepted after September 30, 2015.

Registration Fee

Registration fee includes: Admission to All sessions, IoT2015 Banquet Dinner, Welcome Reception Dinner, Workshops, Lunches, Coffee Breaks, and a ticket for IoT Korea Exhibition 2015.

※ Fixed exchange rates for Korean Won. (Reference Date: Aug. 17, 2015, USD 1.00 = about KRW 1,082.5).

– Credit Card –

  • Visa, Master, and JCB are available to use for online registration.
  • Payment by credit card is available through the online procedure.
  • All service charges on credit card are to be paid by registrants.
  • Actual debit amount is subject to change according the exchange rate.

– Bank Transfer –

  • All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants.
  • Sender’s name should be the registrant’s name.

Refund Policy

If you have already registered for IoT2015 and find that you are unable to attend or cancel the paper, please notify IoT2015 secretariat in writing to secretary2015@iot-conference.org to request a refund and cancel your registration. Refund will be made upon receipt of this written notice after the conference.
  • For cancellations of your registration, a written request must be sent to the Secretariat. Please note that refund will be made after the conference and bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Non-refundable author registration fees must be paid prior to the camera-ready submission due (August 23, 2015).
  • Absolutely no cancellations/refunds will be accepted after September 30, 2015.
